1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every Exolix product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

2. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products should be uninstalled, unused, and in their original packaging where possible.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. How to Start a Return

Email support@exolixtools.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address within one business day.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges & Defective Items

If your muffler arrives defective or you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns requested after 30 days, or items damaged due to improper installation or misuse, may not be eligible for a refund. Contact us and we will review your case fairly.
