1. Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on the Exolix 3" Universal Exhaust Muffler and all qualifying orders. No minimum purchase or promo code is required.

3. Delivery Estimates

• Standard (Free): 3–7 business days.
• Expedited: 2–3 business days (calculated at checkout).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order section of our website.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within our supported regions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@exolixtools.store and we will make it right.
